CJS Acoustics are pleased to have been appointed for the new Care Home at Cain Road, Bracknell - a 68 bed facility and part of a wider development including the provision of new dwelling houses and apartments.
Our consultancy was focused on compliance with the credits available under HEA05 and POL05 of BREEAM, with the credits achieved in all areas. The development is seen to provide an exceptional standard of living for occupants with regards to acoustics, whilst minimising any impacts on the surrounding area.
